2. What Data We Collect
- Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed)
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Usage data: Bets logged in BetTracker, feature usage, login timestamps
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (account, billing notifications)
- To verify Profit Guarantee claims (BetTracker data)
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on:
- Contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service improvement
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting requirements
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted processors:
- Supabase — database & authentication (EU servers)
- Stripe — payment processing
- We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records: 7 years).

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies.
